Manufacturing

We provide a full range of manufacturing services in-house including CNC punching, CNC laser profiling, CNC folding, CNC presswork, Mig/Tig Welding and insertion, powder coating and wet paint facilities, screen printing and product integration and test.

There is continual investment in new machine tools including a 4KW Amada laser and 2 of the latest Amada electric punch presses which not only produce a laser like finish but eliminates potential secondary operations and can also produce press brake like forming in a continuous operation.

Whether a customer requires component manufacture or full product manufacture, assembly and integration with supply chain management we have the experience and resources to ensure their scheduling and quality standards are met.

The company is certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for design, manufacture, assembly and testing of advanced enclosure systems.
