With its dedicated team of experienced engineers Grantech offer a wide range of engineering services including design for manufacture, fast track prototyping, new product introduction, technically complex manufacture, cost reduction initiatives and product transfer management.

With increasing levels of manufacture moving to low cost regions several of our customers have asked us to develop and prototype new products but also to manage the transfer of volume production to manufacturing units in other areas.   This gives customers the advantage of our skilled engineering team, a fast concept to launch timescale and economic volume manufacture.

By dedicating in-house resources to engineering and supported by Radan CAD CAM software we can, if required, turn round parts and assemblies within 24-48 hours from receipt of drawing depending on complexity and finish requirements.

Fully detailed build procedures, production packages quality plans and costed BOMS can be tailored to customers’ requirements.

The skills of our engineering and design team were recognised when they won the Amada Award for Assembling Technology at the 18th International Precision Sheet Metal Technology Fair.
